Divert angles of 25, 30, and 45 degrees are standard. We also carry splitter valves and other angles can be special ordered. Standard flanges are 150 lb drill. Custom flanges are also available. Actuators and limit switches can be supplied to meet your requirements. We offer Airlocks and Rotary Feeders in drop through and other configurations. Sizes up to 24" with round flanges are standard. Materials, cast iron, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Bronze, ect., to your specifications. Our line of Wash Down Gate Valves is also useful in the wastewater as well as other industries and is available in many different styles and configurations to meet the needs of any application or budget. ConstructionTex-Veyor Trimline Knife Gate Valves are of premium construction. Many options are available, including air cylinder or manual operators, pressurized bonnets, resilient or steel seats, and a variety of electrical solenoid valves, limit switches, and positioners. A unique application of Trimline Knife Gate Valves is mounting two of them on the outlet legs of a "Y" shaped body, creating a diverter valve with the positive sealing and shut-off capabilities of the Knife Gate Valves. These are designated our powdermaster series and are ideal for powder and difficult materials. Divert angles of 30 or 45 degrees are standard. Custom angles of divert are available. Tex-Veyor Division designs, makes, patterns, casts, machines, assembles, and tests every valve we make. We do all this "under one roof". Thus, we are able to control every stage in the manufacturing process of our valves. ProductionOur valves are in regular operation 365 days a year at major petrochemical, plastics, food, mineral, and other producing plants throughout the US as well as internationally. We have supplied valves for pressure vacuum and gravity service to pneumatic conveying systems companies, integrators, producers, and other major engineering and construction firms. A line of Manways in 18", 20", and 24" sizes are offered for access into tanks, silos, and baghouses. These are available in Aluminum or Stainless Steel in cam-lock or "C" clamp type. Tex-Veyor has a demonstration trailer displaying a number of our products up to and including a 12" diverter valve trimmed out with actuator set and limit switches. Other fully trimmed valves may be operated in the display trailer just as if they were installed in a plant.
