Actuation and Instrumentation
Tex-Veyor's patented "heavy duty cam stop system" is often times furnished. This connection system mounted between actuation and divert valve, absorbs the signifigant inertial stock of the plug rotation in larger divert valves. Speed of actuation is controlled with pneumatic control values, which are factory set for each diverter application at factory assembly. Slide valve air cylinders are properly sized and selected at the factory. Pneumatic or electronic positioners are available on slide valves if desired. Contact factory if custom actuators or specific instrumentation is required on your valves.

Tex-Veyor has access to and has used several different manufacturers of actuators. We also furnish solenoid valves, unit switches, and position indicators by our own standard or to customer specific requirements. Most diverters are delivered complete with actuators and instrumentation.
