We rebuild and repair Tex-Veyor Valves and many valves from other manufacturers.

We can recieve, disassemble, inspect damage, and measure wear, then provide an estimate and proposal of repair for your consideration. (All at no charge)

Most rebuilding costs are only a fraction of a new unit cost.

For your Diverter, we can:

• Make new or repair your plug or blade

Feeder Rebuild

Tex-Veyor can repair or rebuild your old units and in most cases save you money. In most cases, time and rebuild is much less than the cost of a new airlock.

We can:

• Make new rotor repair to an old rotor
  
• Rebuild housing and reclaim clearances.
  
• We can build new housing.
  
• Build new end plates or repair old ones.
  
• Reassemble with new bearings, seals, and shims
  
• Inspect and run tests.
  
• We can add new drive or repair old drive with new motor and or gearbox.

Custom Rebuild

Tex-Veyor can offer the technical, foundry, and machine shop services for repair and rebuild of your custom valves and pumps. With our pattern shop and foundry facilities, we can duplicate and or renew custom cast parts as needed.
